I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was truly a great experience. Its location is very convenient, only a short walk from the main train station. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the moment I checked-in to when I checked-out. They were all very friendly and accommodating, and even efficiently helped me change rooms upon request. The amenities in the room were top-notch too, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and flat-screen TV. The room was also very cozy, with a heating and air conditioning system, and a comfortable sitting area and dining table. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the toiletries were all free and easily available. Plus, the leisure spa and indoor swimming pool were just what I needed after a long day of exploring.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The room size was decent, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The option to decline room cleaning and receive a discount was a nice perk. the hotel was located in a key area, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
The staff at the hotel were not friendly or cute. They tried to overcharge me and even charged me for items I didn't consume.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Harris Park station and just a short distance from the Rosehill race track. The restaurant served amazing food, with a wide variety of delicious options. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was tasty. There were also facilities available for entertainment and relaxation.
The description of the room was slightly misleading and didn't live up to the expectations set by the photo provided.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were really nice too make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a double sofa. The shower had perfect water pressure, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Harris Park station and various facilities. I especially enjoyed the delicious food at Steeds restaurant.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm. The facilities were great and there was plenty of free parking. Good location near the M4.
